A Chartered Mechanical Engineer with considerable design, development, research and project experience in a broad range of industries, most recently in oil and gas. I have worked in England, America, Canada, Norway and the Middle East and have taken responsibility for designing, engineering and supervising a wide variety of projects. These have required the ability to use both computer and hand design skills, a knowledge of offshore installation procedures. checking. site surveying and estimating. I have recruited and. trained technical staff and carried out all associated planning and administrative functions to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Six years in heavy industry (power stations, rolling mills etc. Five years in light industry (tower conveyors, etc.) Six years with petrochemical plants and refineries & Eight years in the offshore industry (mainly topside structures)

24 years engineering and construction experience in the petro-chemical/offshore oil and gas industry and previously for heavy and industrial civil/structural engineering works. Project experience on design, construction, fabrication, hook-up, loadouts, sea-transportation, installation, commissioning of projects from concept to construction completion on behalf of client operators and contractors as a lead deign engineer, construction manager, project manager, resident engineer and a company representative for :-heavy industrial, commercial & airport civil, structural, foundation work and water retaining structures - steel jackets and concrete gravity base (Condeep), jackups, floating production vessels (semi-submersible, tension-leg & FPSO), subsea marine loading buoy, subsea protection houses, jetties, loading terminals - platform modules (process/accommodation), integrated deck,flares, cranes -  petro-chemical, pharmaceutical plants (including civil, structural,pipelines, land reclamation. sea & river defences, dredging)  pipeline (onshore & offshore), deepwater pipelines, HP/HT lines, bundles, tie-ins hyperbaric & above water (including Y/T), landfalls, caissons, crossings, risers and tunnels subsea drilling templates, production manifolds, deepwater ROV installations, PLEM's and SPM's

Suresh has over sixteen years of subsea and offshore work with   two years all-round experience as Supervising Engineer on the design of Balmoral Field for NSSO. This included all important aspects of the project, e.g. template, manifolds, flexible and rigid risers, flowlines and pipelines, foundation piles, etc. Fourteen years experience on various other offshore and subsea structures including integrated deck (9,500t), subsea protection structures, TLP, very large (stressed skin and framed) modules, MSF strengthening, barge transport / sea fastenings, riser guides, clamps and DWS, umbilicals, riser tie-ins to platforms, riser bundle transport, manifolds, CALM buoys.  Additional experience of interesting engineering projects. Prestigious engineering projects like pipelines on the first water injection project for Kuwait.

20 years plus experience in Architectural and Engineering design, fabrication and co-ordination. Including major onshore and offshore industrial, commercial, chemical, marine, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, railway and nuclear installations. Areas of work include all aspects of design including CAD and 3D modeling, extensive building/fabrication site/shipyard experience, defect surveys, Certification, Weight Control & MTO, cost estimates, vendor liaison/Inspection, engineering co-ordination, services co-ordination, mechanical completion and package engineering.
