I have over thirty five years experience in Mechanical Engineering, of which the last twenty five years have been spent on offshore and onshore oil/gas related projects. During this time I have been involved in front end study, detailed design, procurement, fabrication, installation and hook-up. I also have experience in the preparation of tenders for major offshore projects. For the last six months of 1991, I was appointed as Field Project Engineer responsible for ensuring timely completion to acceptable quality of the 4 pedestal cranes for the BRUCE field. I have also fulfilled the role of Project Engineering Manager for an Oil Storage and Export facility In Latvia.   Over the last ten years computers have become more readily available to the engineer and designer. I have taken full advantage of this and am competent in the use of the programmes listed above. I have developed spread sheets to assist in estimating, to run financial forecasts and for repetitious design calculations.

20 years plus experience in Architectural and Engineering design, fabrication and co-ordination. Including major onshore and offshore industrial, commercial, chemical, marine, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, railway and nuclear installations. Areas of work include all aspects of design including CAD and 3D modelling, extensive building/fabrication site/shipyard experience, defect surveys, Certification, Weight Control & MTO, cost estimates, vendor liaison/Inspection, engineering co-ordination, services co-ordination, mechanical completion and package engineering.
