Kearney has 25 years experience in the construction industries, as a designer &
Draughtsman of offshore, onshore and subsea installations and pipelines. 11 years of CAD
expertise, using AutoCAD, up to Release 14, and most proprietary third party applications.
Supervisory background includes management of an 18-station CAD network, and management
and Q.A. of several major projects. He has also instructed on college training courses in
AutoCAD to City & Guilds level, and delivered presentations on the use of CAD in the
oil and gas industry at seminars in London. |

After finishing my apprenticeship at O.S.E.L. I moved to the company
drawing office to train as a draughtsman. On completion of my HTEC
certificate I left to go contracting working in and around Gt Yarmouth for
the local chemical and petro-chemical companies. Employed primarily as a
design draughtsman I worked mostly for design companies on existing
offshore installation modification projects from conception to completion.
More recently I have worked for construction companies as a design
draughtsman, with contracts abroad as well as in England. |
