I have operated on a freelance basis for 20years in
the construction and fabrication industries. I am very experienced in the
use of my own total station/data capture, and co-ordinate manipulation
software. Producing fit-up and as-built surveys of spool pieces, modules,
and many other oil and petro-chemical fabrications, in turn producing a
first time ‘fit’ of small and large fabricated items. I am prepared to
work anywhere in the world either on my own or as part of a survey team.

A solid engineering background from my ‘shop floor’ based apprenticeship to my subsequent experience
within the Design Office environment. Encompassing a broad range of
the construction industry, from Shipbuilding and Oil & Gas to Water
Treatment and Power Generation, which I can draw upon. My range of CAD
package experience also enhances this ability to meet the many challenges
that face the modern day Designer within the Construction Industry. I am
able to work on my own initiative or as a team member. Although my
experience is mainly structural I also have Piping Design experience. |
